Stunning 8-bedroom, 9 bathroom, 8200-sq ft mansion in Cedar City. Come relax in our private pool, let the kids enjoy the playground, enjoy our movie theater room that seats 25, a pool table, ping pong table in the basement, and take a bike ride on the bike trail right behind the home. The home has 8 TVs equipped with Roku! We allow up to 30 guests.
The swimming pool is open 5/1 - 9/30. The hot tub is available year round.
We are just 5-10 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival, and 35 minutes from Brian Head Ski Resort, and 1 hour to Zion National Park. Come take advantage of our beautiful home in an incredible location!

Summary: Our family loved staying at this beautiful home. There was a lot of room. Everything was nice and clean. 2 large side-by-side fridge/freezers in the kitchen and 1 downstairs in the game area. There is an insta-pot, 2 hand mixers, but not a large stand mixer, 2 large crock pots, some serving bowls but not any real large ones. Bring a ladel if you need one. There are games & puzzles. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathrooms. Large washer and dryer on main floor and upstairs. The pool was used every day. The deck is large and has patio furniture. The playhouse is really nice and carpeted. The playground was used every day. The theater room is large and amazing. Plenty of room to park on the driveway. There is also a nice paved hiking trail behind the house. We would love to stay there again.
